Due to the nature of these products, digital files and downloads are not subject for returns or refunds. All sales are final. If the formats you purchased do not work with your operating system please contact Birch House Market. We may be able to provide other formats but make no guarantees. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure the formats purchased will work with their operating system.

Printable file colors may vary depending on operating system or monitors used and print driver settings. We can not guarantee the colors shown in our images will match what your system will produce. Before contacting Birch House Market regarding color variations please review your operating system and printer owners manual.

Custom Order & Personalized Requests
Birch House Market prides ourselves on creating unique, one-of-a-kind creations for our customers. When products are custom made specifically for you, the customer, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, since we are unable to resell the item to anyone else. However, If the product was made incorrectly due to our error please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we may have time to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All personalized products are designed per the customer written request. Birch House Market requires all customers to provide written approval of all designs before the product is moved into production. All personalized products are not subject to refunds or returns.
Shipping Disclaimer
Most of Birch House Market products are made to order in Nampa, Idaho and are usually shipped out 5-7 business days after receipt of payment and proof of design is approved (only applicable for custom and personalized orders).
Due to the nature of the world these days, we can not guarantee an order will be delivered by a specific date. Birch House Market can not control shipping delays due to weather, delivery driver shortages, COVID-19 reasons, etc. Once the product leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping courier.
Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses. Birch House Market does not recommend shipping to P.O. Boxes but will do so at the customer's request. If an order is returned to Birch House Market due to delivery issues the customer will be required to pay shipping costs again.
