Your happiness is our mission. We guarantee to make our customers smile with every purchase. If for any reason you feel we let you down please contact us. We'll do whatever we can to make it right. Some orders, such as custom, personalized, or bulk orders can't be refunded but we may provide discounts on future orders or a replacement.
Birch House Market, LLC collaborates with artists and artisans. We only use designs that have been purchased or has received permission by the artist. To protect our collaborators we prohibit the resale of any products without prior approval.
Privacy & Safety
Birch House Market, LLC strives to keep our customer's data secure and will never ask you for your personal information other than what you provided to us via contact forms. We will never ask for your credit or debit card information. If a transaction is made outside of our Etsy store, such as a wholesale purchase, we only accept payments through one of the three options below to protect each other's identity.
Wholesale Inquiries
Birch House Market, LLC offers a variety of products at wholesale. Most wholesale orders need to meet a minimum purchase amount which will be identified on the quote. Some of our products and digital downloads may not be available for wholesale and wholesale products are subject to availability. At this time we are only able to ship domestically. Before any orders will be accepted the quote will need to be signed, dated, and your company state sales tax certification ID provided before order can be submitted.
