Frequently asked questions
At this time all shipping is coordinated through USPS. Please allow 2 business days after payment has been processed for your product(s) to be shipped. We will email a tracking number as soon as it's available. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
Expedite shipping is available for an additional fee.
Birch House Collective Market takes great care in the packaging of our products and always includes insurance for additional coverage. If you do receive a defective product please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate.
We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized products. However, please email photos of the damage and allow 48 hours for us to investigate.
