  • What are the shipping options?
    At this time all shipping is coordinated through USPS. Please allow 2 business days after payment has been processed for your product(s) to be shipped. We will email a tracking number as soon as it's available. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. Expedite shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Birch House Collective Market takes great care in the packaging of our products and always includes insurance for additional coverage. If you do receive a defective product please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate. We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized products. However, please email photos of the damage and allow 48 hours for us to investigate.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through our contact page on this website or via email (birchhouseidaho@mail.com). We respond to all emails next business day. All emails received during the weekend will receive a response the following Monday.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards along with payment methods through social channels.
  • Are your edible products manufactured in a processing plant?
    No, in the state of Idaho our edibles products are classified as "cottage food" and are made with loving care with the highest quality ingredients in our home kitchen. For more information you can visit the link here.
