After checkout we will personally contact you to ensure we have as much information and provide design proofs within 48 hours. You can make as many changes to your design as you like. We want it to be perfect! Once you have approved the proof design we will move your project into production. Most projects are shipped within 7-10 days after proof approval (not after checkout).

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders. However, we understand things happen. If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us. We will do everything we can, within reason, to make you smile.

1. Select size option from the drop down menus.
2. In the "NAME" box please type the first and middle name.
3. In the "ADD PERSONALIZATION" section, provide font selections from one of the examples from the list provided in additional images. You can choose one of the pairs already together, "Font pairing #4" or you can mix and match by saying "first name - Harper font and middle name - Olivia font".
You have a choice of up to 4 colors (including background). If you've selected a theme or aren't sure which colors to choose just leave a "need help choosing colors" or something of the like. After check out we will be in contact with you to guide you through the color selection process.
